My name is Sarah Pottle. I am excited to be working as a special education teacher in the high school’s new behavior program. This will be my ninth year as part of the RSU 38 family. Prior to this school year I worked as an Education Technician III in the districts specialized programs. First, at Wayne Regional Autism Program and then at the behavior programs both at Readfield Elementary and Maranacook Community Middle School. I have also worked at the High School’s life skills program. Over the past few years I have been working towards a masters degree in Educational Leadership at the University of Maine Farmington. I currently hold a bachelor's degree in Social Science with a minor in Behavioral Science. I am thrilled to be returning to work at the high school in a new position and a new program.
I live in Wayne with my husband and our two sons. One of whom will be a freshman in college the other a freshman in high school. In my spare time I love reading a good mystery or spending the day at the lake.
