Maranacook Community High School

Greetings Everyone! My name is Dan Gilbert, and I will be the new Maranacook Community High School Music Teacher.  I am from Augusta, ME, and have lived here all my life, except for when I attended Clark University for my Music Degree.  For the past few years, I have performed in the pit orchestra of the musical theater productions at Maranacook, and fell in love with the community, and am honored to have the opportunity to instruct your students!  While I am certainly intimidated to pick up such a distinguished program from a phenomenal music teacher, I am eager to hit the ground running and help develop the music program, offering new opportunities for students, and helping to improve on the already wonderful ensembles.
