We strongly suggest that you schedule a sports physical NOW. Physicals are good for 2 years so if yours expires before the end of November then you'll need an updated one.
Black Bear Strong clothing orders are in! You may pick these up tomorrow (Wednesday 6/17) from 5:00-7:00pm at the high school.
These two young ladies have been rockstars this weekend, giving ten live speeches to the 10 graduation ceremonies. Emma Hagenaars and Nina György.
Congratulations to Richard Fortin for being named the new varsity ice hockey coach for the Capital Region Hawks. Richard has been coaching our youth players the past several years and brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to the team. Welcome Richard!
